With a fitness room, seven cabins of massage, four collectives Hammams, four Jacuzzis, three saunas and three rest rooms, Adam Park Hotel and Spa offers a space of 700 m². A formula supplemented with the exclusive services of beauty center hairdressers and aesthetics, massage five worlds (Ayurvedic, Thai massage, Indian head of ...) specifically dedicated to well-being and fitness.

OPENING HOURS

The Fitness hours of operation: Every day from 7.00 am until 9.00pm. Spa treatment hours: Every day from 9.30am, last appointment at 8.00pm.

YOUR HEALTH

Please let us know if you are pregnant or have any particular health conditions or concerns such as allergies, high blood pressure injuries or disabilities when you book. If you experience any discomfort during treatment, please let your therapist know straight away.

LOCKERS

Whilst lockers are available at the Spa for your personal belongings, we recommend that you leave your available in your room's safety deposit box. The Spa will not be held responsible for any loss.

SHAVING

For maximum benefit, we recommend that gentlemen shave 2 hours or more before having a facial.
